Lydia - Beauty Therapist and Deep Tissue Massage Therapist MelbourneLydia has been a qualified beauty therapist for over 9 years, specializing in spa therapy, massage and specialized facials.


Following graduation from Beauty School, Lydia spent two years working for the international cruise line company “Royal Caribbean.” During this period she traveled to amazing destinations, Europe, Caribbean, Panama and America. One of her highlights was swinging through a rain forest in Costa Rica on a flying fox … and ski diving in Mexico!


Since being home, Lydia has found that the concerns from many of her clients were related back to their internal health issues stress, hormones, excess and even deficiencies. " Your skin is the largest organ in your body, so when there is stress internally it will show through the skin". This brought a new perspective of how important internal health is for external beauty and wellness.
