Adrian Harper is a qualified Naturopath specialising in clinical nutrition and herbal medicine. He combines evidence-based medicine with traditional naturopathic principles, drawing upon the following modalities:

Adrian is focused on empowering individuals to take control of their own health through practical diet and lifestyle strategies. A former chef, he is passionate about the impact of food on our health and wellbeing; and enjoys working with people to create therapeutic and satisfying diets.

Using this knowledge, he will work collaboratively with you, and other health specialists as needed, to develop an effective and integrative wellness plan that will enable you to achieve your desired health goals.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy graduating from the Southern School of Natural Therapies. He is a member of the National Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA).Health Science in Naturopathy. He is a member of the National Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA). Formally a chef, Adrian has a special interest in the relationship between food and nutrition combined with natural health therapies and wellbeing.
Adrian practices Naturopathy at Charlie Lily Health and Wellness Centre at the Rialto in Melbourne's CBD. The Centre also offers Remedial and Relaxation Massage, Myotherapy, and Skin and Beauty treatments.
